Terms of Service

Nexopulse provides wedding planning and coordination services across Australia. By engaging our services you agree to these terms, our booking and cancellation policies, and our Privacy Policy available at privacy.html.

Service scope and deliverables are outlined in your written proposal and invoice. Quotes are valid for the period stated and may be subject to change due to vendor availability, permit fees, or material cost increases.

Pricing, deposits and payments

Fees, deposits and payment schedules are specified in your agreement. A non-refundable deposit is normally required to secure dates. Final payment terms appear on the invoice. Accepted payment methods are shown on invoices.

Cancellation & Refunds

Consumers in Australia are afforded guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where services fail to meet guarantees, you may be entitled to remedy. Our standard cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation more than 90 days: full refund of amounts paid minus non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellation 30–90 days: 50% of remaining fees payable.
  • Cancellation under 30 days: remaining balance payable in full.

Where a service is not supplied with due care and skill, please contact us promptly; we will assess remedial options in line with ACL.

Consumer guarantees

Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply. For substantial failures, you may be entitled to a refund or compensation. Contact us first to discuss resolution.

Privacy & Data

We process personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how it is used, disclosure practices, data retention and your rights. See privacy.html.

We only keep the minimum personal data necessary to provide services, coordinate suppliers and manage bookings. Data for marketing is processed only with consent and can be revoked.

If a dispute arises, contact us at Nexopulse to attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (or equivalent) depending on location. Governing law: New South Wales, Australia.

All creative materials, designs and documentation produced by Nexopulse remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Licenses for use will be specified in your agreement.

We coordinate selected third-party suppliers. While we vet partners, we are not liable for their actions. Any supplier contracts between you and third parties are separate to your contract with Nexopulse.
